Entering the Draw

• 1. To enter, you need to complete the online entry form for the relevant prize draw on www.spurszone.co.uk.
• 2. To be eligible for the prize, you must meet all the Qualification Criteria specified below. By entering this prize draw, you are making a statement that we can rely on that all information submitted by you is true, correct and complete, and that you meet the Qualification Criteria. Entries from individuals who do not meet the Qualification Criteria when the draw takes place will be excluded.
• 3. Entries can be submitted from the Commencement Date specified. Entries must be submitted before the Deadline for entries specified to ensure entry into the draw. Entries not received by this time will not be entered into the draw.

Qualification Criteria

• 4. To be eligible to participate you must:
  • a. Be aged over 18 on the date you submit your entry;
  • b. Be able to attend the event listed as the prize;
  • c. Be willing to take part in reasonable publicity if you win;
  • d. Not be an employee of Sportingbet or Tottenham Hotspur Football Club (the “Partner Organisation”);
  • e. Not have previously submitted an entry
  • f. Must not be a resident of USA, France or Israel.

The Draw

1. 5. PIN numbers are generated automatically for each competition entrant.
2. 6. An independent party will randomly select a list of potential winning PIN numbers.
3. 7. Sportingbet will then attempt to contact the person corresponding to the first PIN on that list. If they are unobtainable, Sportingbet will then attempt to contact the person corresponding to the next PIN on that list, and work through the list until contact can be made with a person willing to accept the prize.
4. 8. The winner will be contacted within 72 hours of the draw.

The Prize

1. 9. The prize for winning the draw is specified under the heading Prize and does not include any other costs or expenses. You need to arrange any additional transport and accommodation to enable you to take advantage of the prize at your own cost.
2. 10. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
3. 11. If a customer is unable to take up the prize for whatever reason, an alternative winner will be chosen. If there are no entrants which satisfy all the Qualification Criteria specified above, Sportingbet reserves the right not to award a prize.
4. 12. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to their username being published on the Sportingbet.com and/or the Partner Organisation website(s) and to carry out any reasonable publicity requests of Sportingbet.com in connection with the winning of the prize.

General Rules

1. 13. Sportingbet has the right to cancel or withdraw this prize draw if it is prevented from awarding the Prize due to events beyond its reasonable control (for example, for match ticket prizes, that match being cancelled, or other parties fail to provide tickets in breach of contract).
2. 14. You may submit only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disregarded.
3. 15. The list of potential winners will be selected by an independent party. Sportingbet is the sole party responsible for enforcing the rules of this competition, and its decisions are final.
